Flightpath: An agile AI-driven predictive analytics start-up working with some of the biggest podcast networks in the world.
- Took Flightpath from one graph and a few tables to a feature-complete platform designing six core features and leading over 15 feature sprints.
- Transformed complex analytics data into actionable insights, driving 2x revenue growth and increasing client efficiency by 80%.
- Created our design system and Figma library from scratch and conducted internal and external research to develop a UX writing and style guide.

The MŌN App: Design sprint for audio-based social media start-up.
- Pioneered unconventional research methods and in-app feedback sessions—engaging 18 users across five personas within 48 hours of the sprint launch.
